When I came back to office from buying lunch today, I passed busy roads. They were full of people who -I assumed- just came back from lunch as well.
The bustling roads reminded me so much on one part of Jakarta that I often passed during my high school days.
The name is Kampung Melayu.
It is located at South Jakarta. It has one big bus interchange where I used to change bus to go home after school. The interchange was always crowded. A lot of buses, a lot of bus drivers taking breaks, a lot of keneks (bus conductor) calling passengers to come to their buses.
It was such a vivid memory to me.
And I miss it.
