3 Ingredients Japanese Cheesecake

FINALLY. A cake that husband approves! He is always very picky when it comes to cake, so to hear him saying, “Not bad at all!”, I was like whooo!!

I have been wanting to try one of Ochikeron’s recipes, and this is my choice. I was a bit skeptical cause well, only three ingredients? For real?

But anyway, that’s also good cause if this also failed, means that I wouldn’t feel so much of guilt. *stingy*

And I didn’t make any modification at all! I only resorted to using different mold lol.


The texture would look like it’s undercooked by the time it is done. But just let it cool completely, and put it in the fridge. It tastes better overnight!
